A complete interval timer
No ads, no account, no subscription.
Set work, rest, sets, recovery and cycles for HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds or circuit training — or start the classic 20/10 × 8 Tabata with one tap. Every beep style and every voice is in the free app. Pro is one payment, if you ever want it.
35 seconds
See it run.
The real app, recorded from the real screens. Magenta is work, teal is rest, violet is recovery between cycles.
6 interval types, 6 colours
Built for real workouts, not just a countdown.
A stopwatch gives you one number. An interval timer should give you the shape of the whole session. Every type has its own colour and its own sound, so you know where you are without looking at the screen.

One timer, many sports
A HIIT timer, a Tabata timer, a boxing round timer.
One workout timer for all of them. You set the numbers once and the app does the counting. Start the classic 20/10 × 8 Tabata timer with one tap, or build your own.
-
HIIT
30s on / 30s off × 10Any work and rest pair, for as many sets as you want. This one runs 10 minutes.
-
Tabata
20s on / 10s off × 8The classic, and harder than it reads. 4 minutes, start to finish.
-
Boxing and MMA rounds
3:00 on / 1:00 off × 6A warning sounds before the bell, so the last 10 seconds are yours. 24 minutes.
-
Circuit training
50s on / 10s off × 8A block for each station, each with its own work, rest and sets. 8 minutes.
-
Running intervals
60s on / 120s off × 6The only one where the rest is longer than the work. Cues you hear without breaking stride. 18 minutes.
-
Stretching and mobility
60s holds × 8Long holds you do not have to count. Under 9 minutes.
All of this is in the free app
What you get without paying anything.
6 workouts, one tap
Classic Tabata, EMOM, 30/30, 40/20, boxing rounds and a beginner session are ready to start. Duplicate any of them and change the numbers.
It never drifts
The timer reads the clock instead of counting ticks, so pausing, a phone call or a locked screen cannot knock it out. A 30 minute routine finishes within 0.1 seconds.
4 beep styles, or a voice
Classic, Wood, Digital and Chime, or spoken cues that say "Work", "Rest" and "Last one" in a voice from your phone. None of it is behind the purchase.
Nothing leaves your phone
Routines, history and settings live on your device and nowhere else. No account, no analytics, no ads. The timer works in airplane mode.
Keeps time with the screen off
Cues carry on when you lock the phone or switch apps, and your music lowers while the workout runs so every cue cuts through. A notification shows the interval, with Pause and Resume.
Sweat-proof controls
Big targets you can hit without looking, and a lock so a knee on the screen never pauses your set.
Free, with a one-time Pro
Pro makes the timer name your exercises.
The free app is the whole timer, and it stays that way. Pro is for the workouts you repeat: name every exercise so the screen reads "Burpees" instead of "Work", build a circuit from blocks with their own work and rest, and keep every workout you have ever done. One payment, no subscription, nothing to cancel.

Questions
Before you download.
Is Allez free?
Yes. The free version is the whole timer, with no time limit: any work, rest, sets, recovery and cycles, six ready-made workouts, all four beep styles and the spoken cues. An optional one-time Pro purchase adds unlimited saved routines, named exercises, blocks and your full history.
Does Allez have ads or a subscription?
No. Allez shows no ads and has no subscription. Pro is a single payment. It stays with your Apple ID or Google account, so a new phone gets it back at no charge.
Which workouts can I time with Allez?
Any interval workout. Six are ready to start: classic Tabata (20 seconds on, 10 off, 8 rounds), EMOM, 30/30, 40/20, boxing rounds and a beginner session. You can also build your own for HIIT, circuit training, running intervals or stretching.
Does Allez work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Allez runs on iPhone with iOS 16.2 or later and on Android 8.0 or later. It is free on the App Store and on Google Play.
Does the timer keep running when I lock the screen?
Yes. The cues continue when you lock the phone or switch apps. On iPhone, a Live Activity shows the current interval on the Lock Screen. On Android, a notification shows the interval with Pause and Resume.
Can I keep my music at full volume?
Yes. By default, Allez lowers your music while the workout runs so every cue cuts through. To keep your music at full volume, turn off Lower music during a workout in Settings. The cues then play over the music.
Does Allez collect my data?
No. Allez has no account and no analytics. Your routines, history and settings stay on your phone, and the timer works in airplane mode.
Start your first interval.
